Remember those coloured cherries? Well, here is one reason to keep some in the cupboard – they are a lot of fun in cocktails!
Ingredients:
- Golden Rum – 2 parts
- Angostura Bitters – 4 dashes
- Ice
- Coloured Cherries
- Ginger Beer
Method:
- Mix the golden rum and angostura bitters in a highball glass filled with ice and cherries.
- Top up with ginger beer.
- Serve.
