Creme Yvette is a liqueur flavoured with Parma violets. It has a distinctive taste, so you’ll either love it or hate it – but it certainly makes pretty coloured cocktails.
Ingredients:
- Sloe Gin – 6 parts
- Creme Yvette – 2 parts
- Lemon Juice – 2 parts
- Egg White – 2
- Ice
Method:
- Shake all the ingredients over ice until well frosted.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Serve.
