A playful name for an amusing cocktail. It also tastes great, although you may like to add a little sugar.

Ingredients:

• Vodka – 4 parts
• Passion Fruit – 2, ripe
• White Rum – 2 parts
• Milk – 2 parts, cold
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• Ice cubes
• Slices of Lemon Peel for garnish

Method:

1. Add the flesh of passion fruit into a jug.
2. Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Add the passion fruit just before serving.
5. Garnish with a lemon peel.
