For those who prefer Tequila over Rum, here’s a chance to enjoy a great colada. The surprisingly wonderful whisper of coffee from Kahlua adds richness and complexity to this tropical classic.
Ingredients:
- Tequila – 1 1/2 ounces
- Kahlua – 1/4 ounce
- Pineapple Juice – 2 ounce
- Cream – 3/4 ounce
- Coconut Cream – 1/4 ounce
Method:
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
