Ingredients
Poha (beaten rice) – thin variety – 3 cups
Green Chillies – 3 to 4(finely chopped)
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Dalia (Split Chana Dal) – 5 to 6 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tsps (optional)
Groundnut – 1/4 cup
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves – 5 – 6
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 – 3 tbsp
Method
1. Roast the groundnut and dalia in very little oil.
2. Also dry roast the poha separately.
3. Keep aside.
4. Then take a tbsp of oil, add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and turmeric powder.
5. Roast them for a min.
6. Add the roasted groundnut and dalia. Mix together.
7. Add the poha, salt and mix all the ingredients together properly.
8. Preferably do this on a low flame.
9. Let it cool and then store it in an air tight container.
