Poha Chivda Recipe

Ingredients
Poha (beaten rice) -  thin variety - 3 cups
Green Chillies - 3 to 4(finely chopped)
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Dalia (Split Chana Dal) -  5 to 6 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tsps (optional)
Groundnut - 1/4 cup
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - 5 - 6
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 - 3 tbsp

Method
1. Roast the groundnut and dalia in very little oil.
2. Also dry roast the poha separately.
3. Keep aside.
4. Then take a tbsp of oil, add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and turmeric powder.
5. Roast them for a min.
6. Add the roasted groundnut and dalia. Mix together.
7. Add the poha, salt and mix all the ingredients together properly.
8. Preferably do this on a low flame.
9. Let it cool and then store it in an air tight container.

It's a grt and i replaced dalia(split chana dal) with Quaker oats and it turned out to be yummy. Thnxs 4 the recipe
