Palak Paneer Gravy
Palak (Spinach) – 1 bunch, cleaned, washed, chopped
Paneer – 200 gms, finely chopped and fried lightly
Tomatoes – 250 gms, chopped
Onions – 250 gms, chopped
Green Chillies – 2, chopped
Cloves – 2
Cardamoms – 4
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Curd – 1 tsp
Oil – 100 ml
Salt as per taste

1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
2. Saute the spinach for a minute and remove.
3. Grind the onions, tomatoes, green chillies, cardamoms and cloves with salt to a smooth paste.
4. Transfer to a pan and place over medium flame.
5. Stir and cook for a minute or two.
6. Grind the spinach and add to the pan.
7. Now add the fried paneer pieces and cook for 5 minutes.
8. Add butter and curd.
9. Stir well and remove.
10. Serve with rice, roti or paratha.
