Cranberry and Chocolate Cookies
Cranberries – 1/3 cup, dried
White Chocolate – 175 gms, chopped
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Maida – 1 1/4 cups
Brown Sugar – 1/3 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Extract – 1/2 tsp
Egg – 1, large
Sugar – 1/3 cup
Butter – 1/2 cup

1. Combine the butter, sugar and brown sugar in a bowl.
2. Beat well until creamy.
3. Add the egg and mix well combined.
4. Add vanilla extract and mix again.
5. Combine the maida, baking soda and salt in a different bowl.
6. Mix well.
7. Gently add the flour mixture to the batter.
8. Add the cranberries and white chococlate.
9. Mix well and transfer to an airtight container.
10. Keep this in the fridge for 1 hour and remove.
11. Shape the dough into balls and flatten them lightly.
12. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
13. Bake them in a preheated oven at 375F for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
14. Remove and cool.
15. Store in an airtight container.
16. Stays good for 4 to 5 days.
