Veg Hakka Noodles Recipe

Veg Hakka Noodles
Noodles – 200 gms
Oil – 3 tblsp
Onions – 2, finely chopped
Carrot – 1, sliced
Capsicum – 1, sliced
Cabbage – 100 gms, sliced
Ajinomoto – a pinch
Spring Onions – 2, only the top portion, finely chopped (plus some more for garnish)
Ginger – 1 inch piece, peeled, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 3, finely chopped
Soy Sauce – 1 1/2 tblsp
White Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Cook the noodles as per packet instructions.
2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium flame.
3. Saute the onions, green chillies and ginger for a minute.
4. Add all the other vegetables, ajinomoto, salt and pepper powder.
5. Increase flame to high and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Add the noodles and stir well.
7. Add soy sauce and cook for a minute more.
8. Garnish with some spring onions.
9. Serve hot.
