Lamb Chop Kebab
Lamb Chops – 500 gms
Onion – 1, ground
Garlic – 10 cloves, ground
Salt as per taste
Oil – 1 cup, for frying

For the batter:

Besan Flour – 2 tblsp
Rice Flour – 3 tblsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Aniseeed Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup (or as required)
Salt as per taste

1. In a large bowl, mix the chops with onion, garlic and salt.
2. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
3. Transfer to a pressure cooker and cook until 2 whistles.
4. Remove the cooker from heat and cool.
5. Remove the lamb chops and keep aside.
6. Mix all the batter ingredients to a thick paste.
7. Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan over medium flame.
8. Dip the lamb chops in the batter and fry till golden brown.
9. Drain excess oil.
10. Serve hot.
