Ingredients:
Paneer – 300 gms
Onion – 1 1/2 cups, cut into slices
Tomatoes – 1 to 2 cups, chopped
Ginger Paste – 2 tbsp
Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 1 tsp
Dry Red Chillies – 6
Mint Leaves Paste – 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves Paste – 2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Cream – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Curd – 1/2 cup
Coriander Seed – 1 tbsp
Peppercorn – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Cinnamon Stick – 1
Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 1
Bay Leaves – 2
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Coarsely grind the dry red chillies, peppercorn, whole garam masala, cumin and coriander seeds and keep aside.
2. Heat the oil and butter and fry the bay leaves for minute.
3. Add the coarsely ground masala.
4. Immediately add the onions.
5. Fry till the onion is transparent.
6. Add the garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
7. Add the tomatoes to it.
8. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the ginger, mint and coriander paste and mix well.
9. Add the paneer cubes and salt to taste.
10. Lastly add the curd and cream.
11. Cook for 5 minutes.
12. Serve hot.
