Ingredients:
Paneer – 200 gms
Spinach – 250 gms
Carrot – 1
Onion – 1
Brinjal – 1
Green Chillies – 4
Ginger – 1 inch piece piece
Garlic – 2 to 3 flakes
Moong Dal – 100 gms
Water – 3 cups
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 4 tbsp
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt to Taste

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Lightly fry the garlic and chillies.
3. Add all the vegetables and moong dal and fry for half a minute.
4. Add the turmeric powder, ginger and water.
5. Cook till the dal is tender and remove from fire.
6. Add the paneer and whisk well with a wooden churner till this becomes a smooth paste.
7. Add the salt and lime juice.
8. Reheat and serve hot.
