Milk: 1 litre
Sugar: 4-6 tbsp
Mangoes: 2, medium-sized
Mango puree: 4-6 tbsp
Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp

1. Put the milk to boil in a heavy bottomed pan.
2. Cook on a low flame until reduced to half the quantity.
3. Add sugar and allow it to cook.
4. Allow mixture to cool.
5. Add the mango puree.
6. Mix well.
7. Cut the mangoes into small pieces and add it to the above mixture.
8. Sprinkle cardamom powder.
9. Mix well.
10. Serve chilled.
