Ingredients:
Lamb/Mutton – 750 gms, cubed
Ghee – 4 tbsp
Paprika – 2 tsp
Fennel seeds – 2 tsp
Ginger powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cloves – 4
Cardamom – 2
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Oil for frying koftas
Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Method:
1. Grind to smooth paste in a food processor all the ingredients, adding a little yogurt and ghee from time to time till all of it is used up.
2. Make balls/koftas with the paste.
3. Heat oil and fry the koftas.
4. Serve hot with chutney.
