Light or golden rum has a subtler taste than the dark rum, so it doesn’t mash other liqueur flavours.
Ingredients:
- Light Rum – 2 parts
- Coconut Cream Liqueur – 1 part
- Orange Curacao – 1 part
- Lemon Juice – 2 parts
- Nutmeg – grated
- Ice cubes
Method:
- Shake the rum, coconut cream liqueur, orange curacao and lemon juice over ice.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Sprinkle grated nutmeg.
- Serve.
