Green Gram Paneer Sundal


Sprouted Green Gram
Sprouted Green Gram – 2 cups
Paneer Cubes – 10
Carrot – 2 tsp, grated
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Ghee – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Combine the sprouted green gram, carrot, coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Heat ghee in a pan.
3. Fry the paneer cubes till light golden and add to the bowl.
4. Add pepper powder and mix well.
5. Serve.
