Tomato and Mint Chutney


Tomatoes – 2, chopped
Mint Leaves – 1/4 cup
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
Dry Red Chillies – 8
Onion – 1, chopped
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Saute the mint leaves, ginger, red chillies, tomatoes and onions for a minute.
3. Remove and cool.
4. Add salt and little water.
5. Grind to a smooth paste.
6. Serve.
