Jhinga Kebab

Tandoori Skewered Shrimp / Jhinga Kebab
Shrimps – 8, jumbo, peeled, tail intact
Tandoori Masala Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Lettuce – 1 cup
Watermelon – 1/2 cup, diced
Orange – 1, peeled, segmented
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, chopped
Juice of 1 Lime
Oil as required
Salt as per taste
Bamboo Skewers – 2, soaked in water

1. Thread 4 shrimps onto each skewer.
2. Sprinkle tandoori masala powder and salt.
3. Place the skewers on a preheated grill over high heat for 2 minutes each side.
4. Arrange the lettuce on a serving plate.
5. Place the oranges and watermelon pieces on top.
6. Place the grilled shrimps on top.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
8. Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
9. Serve.

A perfect summer time dish.
