How to Make Puffed Rice Chaat Recipe

Puffed Rice Chaat
Pori (Puffed Rice) – 1 cup
Carrot – 4 tsp, grated
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Tomato – 1, chopped
Sev – 1/2 cup
Potato Chips – few, crumbled
Sweet Chutney –  1 tsp
Green Chutney – 1 tsp
Cucumber – 2 to 3 tsp, grated
Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
Chaat Masala Powder as per taste
Salt as per taste

1. In a bowl, combine the onion, tomato, pori, carrot, sev, potato chips, sweet chutney, green chutney and cucumber.
2. To this add the chaat masala powder, salt and mix well.
3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
