Cauliflower and Green Peas Curry

Ingredients:
Cauliflower – 1, small, cut into 1 inch florets
Green Peas – 1/2 cup
Vegetable Oil – 2 tblsp
Ginger – 1 inch piece, minced
Green Chillies – 2, chopped
Onion – 1, chopped
Ripe Tomatoes – 2, chopped
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp, ground
Coriander – 1/2 tsp, groound
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Plain Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, chopped

Method:
1. Steam cook the cauliflower and peas for 5 to 7 minutes, until tender.
2. Drain and keep aside.
3. Heat oil in a large pan.
4. Add ginger, green chillies and onion.
5. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes until the onion turns golden.
6. Add the cooked cauliflower and peas.
7. Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, cumin, coriander and salt.
8. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.
9. Add yogurt and mix well.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
10. Serve hot.
