Ingredients

  • 500 gms Minced Meat
  • 200 gms Spinach Puree
  • 4 tbsp Green Coriander Paste
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 3 tbsp Onion Paste
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 cup Oil

Instructions

  • Cook minced meat in 1/2 of the oil until water evaporates. Set aside.
  • Heat remaining oil, sauté onion paste till browned.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, and spices. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Mix in cooked minced meat, then add spinach puree and coriander paste.
  • Season with salt, and add water. Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
  • Serve with rotis or parathas.
