  • 200 g Beansprouts
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 3/4 tsp Soda Bicarb
  • Soya Sauce (3 tsp + 4 tbsp)
  • Cornflour (2 tsp + 2 tsp), for sauce
  • 2 tsp Sugar (2 tsp)
  • Ajinomoto (a pinch)
  • Salt
