Bengali Jhal Muri Recipe

Puffed Rice – 250 gms
Onion – 2 tbsp, finely, chopped
Potato – 30 gms, boiled, peeled, finely chopped
Tomato – 30 gms, finely chopped
Cucumber – 1/2 , finely chopped
Ginger – 2 tsp, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 4 to 5, finely chopped
Peanuts – 2 tbsp, fried
Sprouted Black Gram – 2 tsp, soaked, drained
Mustard Oil – 4 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp

1. Combine all the ingredients except the mustard oil and salt in a bowl.
2. Mix gently with a fork.
3. Add the mustard oil and salt.
4. Mix gently again.
5. Serve as a snack.
