Ingredients:
Paneer – 250 gms
American Corn – 1/2 cup, boiled
Oil – 3 tblsp
Carom Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chillies – 2 to 3
Curry Leaves – 10 to 15
Onions – 1/2 cup, finely sliced
Carrots – 1/2 cup
French Beans – 1/2 cup
Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Red Bell Pepper – 1/2 cup
Corn – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tblsp
Tomato Puree – 2 tblsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tblsp
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a kadai.
2. Add carom seeds, cumin seeds and then add the red chillies and curry leaves.
3. Add onions and saute till they turn translucent.
4. Add the carrots, beans, tomatoes and saute for a minute.
5. Add the capsicum and red bell peppers.
6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
7. Add the corn and paneer.
8. Season with salt, coriander and chilli powders, chaat masala, vinegar, tomato puree and ketchup.
9. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes or until the puree is absorbed.
10. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with the green chilli.
11. Serve hot.
