Teppanyaki Paneer

Ingredients:
Paneer – 250 gms, cubed
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tblsp
Garlic – 1 tsp, crushed
Onions – 1/2 cup, sliced
Carrots – 1/2 cup, sliced
Red Cabbage – 1/2 cup, shredded
Mushrooms – 1/2 cup, sliced and blanched
Bean Sprouts – 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar – 1 tsp
Mustard Sauce – 1 tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sesame Seeds – 1 tsp, to garnish
Baby Corn – 1/2 cup, blanched, sliced, to garnish

Method:
1. Put the paneer in a bowl and add the soya sauce.
2. Marinate for 15-18 minutes.
3. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
4. Saute the garlic and add the onions, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms and bean sprouts.
5. Stir fry for a minute and sprinkle with the brown sugar.
6. Add the paneer.
7. Stir in the mustard sauce and honey.
8. Season with salt.
9. Cook on low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
10. Transfer to a serving dish.
11. Garnish with sesame seeds and baby corn.
12. Serve hot.

Want to see how it looks. Dont know about others but would wanna try something that first catches the eye…so adding a pic would be a better idea!
