Apple Cinnamon Vanilla French Toast Recipe

Ingredients:
French bread – 6 large slices (remove crusts)
Apples – 3-5 (peeled, cored and sliced)
Milk – 3 1/2 cups
Eggs – 10
Vanilla extract – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup

To Sprinkle
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cinnamon – 2 tbsp
Nutmeg – 1 tsp

Mix them together

Method:
1. Take a non stick cooking pan and place the two bread slices in it.
2. Now mix eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar. Pour half this mixture over the bread layers.
3. Then place the apple slices over the bread. Cover with the remaining milk/egg mixture.
4. Finally sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon/nutmeg.
5. Cover the bread and refrigerate overnight.
6. Before serving cook 1 hour at 325 F. Let it cool a few minutes before cutting and serving.
