- 2 Tomatoes finely chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 Cooked Rice
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- few Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Oil
- as per taste Salt
- 1 Onion large, finely chopped
- Grind the garlic and green chillies to a smooth paste.
- Heat little oil in a pan.
- Fry the mustard seeds and curry leaves for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Add the onions, tomatoes and ground paste.
- Add salt and saute for 3 to 4 minutes or until the onions turn golden.
- Add the rice and mix well.
