Ingredients:
Tomatoes – 2, finely chopped
Onion – 1, large, finely chopped
Garlic – 4 cloves
Green Chillies – 3
Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Mustard Seeds – little
Curry Leaves – few
Oil as required
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Grind the garlic and green chillies to a smooth paste.
2. Heat little oil in a pan.
3. Fry the mustard seeds and curry leaves for 20 to 30 seconds.
4. Add the onions, tomatoes and ground paste.
5. Add salt and saute for 3 to 4 minutes or until the onions turn golden.
6. Add the rice and mix well.
7. Serve.
