Elaneer Payasam Recipe

Tender Coconut flesh – 2nos.
Tender Coconut water – 100ml.
Thick Coconut milk – 200ml
Condensed milk – 100ml.
Pista – 25gm
Sugar – to taste
Saffron – few strands


Mix tender coconut water, coconut milk, tender cocunut flesh chopped, condensed milk, sugar and stir well.
Garnish with grated pista, saffron strands and serve chill.
