Special Masala Pori

Pori (Puffed Rice) – 2 cups
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Fried Peanuts – little
Round Red Chillies – 1 or 2
Mustard Seeds – little
Curry Leaves – few
Ompodi as required
Kara Boondi as required
Oil as required

1. Heat a little oil in a pan.
2. Fry the mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies for 30 seconds.
3. Remove and transfer to a mixing bowl.
4. Add all the remaining ingredients and toss well to mix.
5. Serve.
