Coriander Chutney

Ingredients:
Coriander Leaves – 2 bunch, chopped
Tamarind – 1 small lime sized ball
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli – 1
Jaggery – a small piece
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Dry roast the cumin seeds.
2. Wash and chop the coriander leaves.
3. Grind the coriander leaves, tamarind, jaggery, cumin seeds, red chilli and salt.
4. Add a little water during grinding to obtain a smooth chutney.
5. Serve with idli and dosa.

How can we do without frying the coriander bunch..Need to Fry coriander and green chill for coriander chutney…
