Vegetable Seekh Kebab Recipe

Ingredients:
Potatoes – 2 cups, boiled and mashed
Carrots, beans and peas – 3 tbsp, cooked and mashed
Ginger and garlic – 1 tbsp, grated
Bread slices – 4, soaked in water and squuezed
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Or Amchoor – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Handful of chopped green coriander leaves
Green chillies – 2 to 3, finely chopped
A pinch of red/orange colour
Wooden toothpicks – 20, soaked in water
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Mash potatoes with all the vegetables. Mix in all the other ingredients.
2. Take a little mixture on your palm and press into long kebabs on the toothpick.
3. Shallow fry the kebabs on a frying pan with a little oil. Fry till golden brown.
4. Serve hot with green chutney.
