Maida – 5 cups
Quick Rise Yeast – 15 gms
Salt – 2 tsp
Warm Water – 2 cups
1. Combine the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl.
2. Add enough water and mix well.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and pliable, about 10 to 12 minutes.
4. Shape the dough into a ball and cover with clingfilm.
5. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
6. Homemade Pizza dough is now ready.
