Vegetable Pasta
Vegetable Spiral Pasta – 225 gms
Potatoes – 1 cup, chopped
Mixed Vegetables – 2 cups
Soy Sauce – 1 tblsp
Basil Leaves – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Red Chilli Flakes – 1/4 tsp
Garlic – 2 tsp, chopped
Red Capsicum – 1/4 cup, sliced into squares (optional)


1. Heat a pan over moderate flame.
2. Add the garlic, red chilli flakes, basil and soy sauce.
3. Cook for a minute and keep aside.
4. In a large pan add 2 1/2 litres of water and bring to a boil.
5. Add the pasta and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
6. Add the potatoes, capsicum and mixed vegetables.
7. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
8. Drain the pasta and vegetables. Reserve some of the water.
9. Add 1/2 cup of the water to the garlic mixture and place the pan over low-moderate flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
10. Pour this over the pasta-vegetable mixture and mix well.
11. If the pasta is too dry, add some of the reserved water.
12. Serve.

too good but without cheese pasta not good but this is not bed
