Malai Paneer Tikka Recipe

Ingredients:
Paneer – 250 gms, cubed
Oil – 2 tblsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp

For the Marinade:
Cashew Nut Cheese Paste – 2 1/2 tblsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Green Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Cream – 1 1/2 to 2 tblsp
Ajwain – 1/2 to 1 tsp

Method:
1. Mix the marinade ingredients.
2.. Add paneer and keep aside for 30 minutes.
3. Skewer the paneer cubes and roast in an oven at 180C for 4 minutes.
4. Remove and baste with oil.
5. Roast again for 2 minutes.
6. Remove the paneer from the skewers and arrange on a plate.
7. Garnish with chaat masala powder.
8. Serve hot.
