Bhindi Pepper Fry


Ladies Finger (Okra) – 500 gms
Salt – 1 tsp
Green Chillies- 2
Oil – 50 ml
Black Peppercorns – 4 to 5 tblsp, powdered

1. Wipe and chop ladies finger into small pieces.
2. Chop green chillies.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
4. Add ladies fingers, green chillies and stir. Put a lid on top and keep it covered.
5. Cook over gentle heat for about 25 minutes and sprinkle pepper powder and salt.
6. Serve with plain rice.
