Capsicum Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Capsicum – 3, medium sized, cut into 1 inch cubes
Paneer – 100 gms, crumbled
Onions – 2, roughly chopped
Green Chillies – 2, chopped
Tomato – 1, medium sized, chopped
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil – 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves – for garnish

1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
2. Add onions and green chillies.
3. Cook till the onions turn translucent.
4. Now add the chopped tomato and cook till it turns soft and all the moisture has evaporated.
5. Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and fry for a minute.
6. Add the capsicum cubes.
7. Cover with a lid and cook till soft.
8. Add crumbled paneer and red chilli powder.
9. Fry for 2 minutes.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
11. Serve.
