Ingredients:
Coconut – 1 1/4 cups, grated
Green Coriander – 1 1/2 cups
Green Chillies – 3, chopped
Garlic – 1 tsp, chopped
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – 3/4 tsp
Granulated Sugar – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 to 3 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
2. Use as a filling in sandwiches or serve with idli/dosa.
