Pineapple Salsa Recipe

A simple, fresh, sweet and spicy salsa with pineapples. Perfect topping for any kind of dish or can also be served on the sides.
Pineapple Salsa

Pineapples – 2 cups, chopped
Onion – 1, large, finely chopped
Spring Onions – 4 to 5
Green Chillies – 5
Lemon Juice – 1 1/4 tblsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – few
Lemon Rind – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste

1. Finely chop the spring onions, green chillies and coriander leaves.
2. Transfer to a large bowl.
3. Add the pineapples, onions, lemon juice, lemon rind and toss gently.
4. Add salt and pepper powder as per taste.
5. Toss again.
6. Keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Serve.
