Sprouted Bhel Puri Recipe

Ingredients:
Onion – 1 cup (chopped)
Capsicum – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Tomato – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Black Salt – as required
Sprouted Grains – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 1 cup
Chaat Masala Powder – 2 tbsp
Amchoor Powder – 1tsp
Sev – optional

Method:
1. Add onion, tomato, capsicum in a bowl and mix well.
2. To the above, add sprouted grains, chaat masala powder, black salt and mix well.
3. Add lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves.
4. For better  taste before serving add sev.
