Wheat Kozhukattai

Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Jaggery Extract – 1 cup
Sukku Podi – 1/2 tsp
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coconut – 1/2 cup, grated

1. Dry roast the wheat flour for a minute.
2. Add the cardamom powder, sukku podi and coconut.
3. Mix well.
4. Add the jaggery extract and stir.
5. Make small-medium kozhukattais and steam cook them for a minute or two.
6. Serve.
