Ingredients:
- Raw Tomato(Medium size): 4
- Mint leaves: 1 bowl
- Onion (Big size): 1
- Garlic: 6-8 cloves
- Green chillies: 6-8 (to taste)
- Cumin Seeds: 1/2 tea spoon
- Fresh coriander leaves: 1/4 bowl
- Curry leaves: 2-3 strings
- Jaggery: 1 small piece (to taste)
- Salt: To taste
- Oil: 2 table spoons
Method:
- Slice the raw tomatoes and onion coarsely
- Fry the coarsely cut onion, cumin seeds and curry leaves with 1/2 tsp oil
- Fry green chillies with little oil
- Fry the mint leaves (till partially crispy) with 1/2 tsp oil
- Fry the coarsely cut raw tomatoes till soft with remaining oil
- Keep all the other ingredients raw
- Put all the raw and fried ingredients in a mixie jar (hand ground tastes yummier)
- Grind coarsely or finely (according to your taste and preference)
Add ghee while eating. Eat with chapatis / Rotis. Tastes good with bread toast too.
Measure: 1 bowl = 200 ml
