Ingredients:
Butter - 2 tblsp
Button Mushrooms - 400 gms, cut into circles or small pieces
White Sauce - 2 cup
Sour Cream - 1 cup
Chives or Parsley - 2 tsp, chopped
Boiled Rice to serve
Salt as per tate
Pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat the butter and fry the mushrooms on medium heat till all the water has evaporated.
2. Add salt and pepper and stir gently.
3. Pour the white sauce and stir gently.
4. Mix the sour cream and seaon with salt and pepper.
5. Serve with boiled plain white rice.
