Method:
Milk - 2 litres
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Butter - 2 tsp
Method:
1. Heat milk in a heavy based kadai.
2. Keep stirring constantly till it is reduced to 3/4 of its consistency.
3. Remove from fire.
4. Heat sugar and water together in an another kadai and stir till it dissolves.
5. Boil till syrup reaches one string consistency.
6. Pour thickened milk to this and stir till it leaves the sides of the vessel and becomes thick.
7. Remove from fire.
8. Add butter and keep stirring till it becomes luke warm.
9. Make even sized balls and press it in doodh peda maker.
