Macaroni Vegetable Kozhukattai Recipe

Macaroni and Vegetables
Ingredients:
Rice Rava – 250 gms
Carrot – 1 cup, grated or chopped
Cabbage – 1 cup, grated or chopped
Green Peas – 1 cup, shelled
Capsicum – 1, finely chopped
Oil – 1/4 cup
Macaroni – 1/4 cup, boiled
Salt as per taste
Water – as required, 1: 1.5 ratio (1 part rava, 1 1/2 parts water)

Method:
1. Heat little oil in a pan.
2. Saute the carrot, cabbage, peas and capsicum for a few minutes.
3. Add salt and stir well.
4. Pour water and bring to a boil.
5. Add rice rava and stir well.
6. Now add the macaroni and remove to cool.
7. Shape them into kozhukattais and steam cook on an idli plate for 10 minutes.
8. Serve.
