Well I am going to tell you the recepie of chicken curry in Bengali style!!!
Take the chicken and mix chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon or vinegar and mix it properly!!!!
Take few tomatoes and squeeze it to make paste!!!!
chop onions, dhaniya leaves and green chilly for garnishing!!!!

take oil(mustard oil) in the pan put one fourth tease spoon of sugar(The purpose is to make colour) Then when the sugar will melt completely then fry the onions as long as it becomes red!!!!

when the onions will start melting pour that tomato squeezed in it and apply turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt chicken masala in it and put some water for gravy, and then put ginger-garlic paste and garam masala in it!!!!!then put water and masala in adequate amount and put the chicken in it. you can also apply potatao just chop it half and you can put it there, after that check the amount of salt!!!!!!
Boil it for some time,a delicious yummy smell will water your mouth!!!!!
Then at last apply dhaniya leaves and green chillies chopped in it!!!!

Chicken curry is ready!!!!
