Green Peas Paneer Masala Recipe

Ingredients:
Paneer – 200 gms
Onion – 1 cup, chopped
Tomato – 1 cup, chopped
Green Peas – 1 cup, shelled
Curd – 1 cup
Cream – 1/2 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 5 tbsp
Ajwain (Carom Seeds) – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Fry the paneer slices to a golden brown and soak in milk.
2. Heat the oil in a pan.
3. Fry the onion till light brown.
4. Add the tomatoes and fry till tender.
5. Add the curd and masalas and salt to taste.
6. Add the peas and 1 cup hot water.
7. Cook till the peas are tender.
8. Add the cream and paneer soaked in milk and cook for 2 minutes.
9. Lastly add the coriander leaves and ajwain.
10. Serve hot.
