Banana Split

Ingredients:
Banana – 2
Fresh Cream – 1 cup
Eggs – 2
Butter – 1 cup
Cherry – 1 small cup
Powdered Sugar – 1 to 2 cup
Biscuits – 10
Vanilla Essence – 2 tsp
Pista – 1/3 cup
Almonds – 1/3 cup
Cashewnus – 1/3 cup

Method:
1. To make the biscuit base, heat 1 tblsp butter in a pan.
2. Once the butter has melted, add the powdered biscuits.
3. Mix well and keep in a bowl as biscuit base and keep it in a fridge.
4. In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs nicely.
5. Add little vanilla essence, sugar, butter 1 cup and beat nicely.
6. Once this is prepared, take the biscuit base and add the beaten egg mixture.
7. Keep it in a fridge to set for 30 to 45 minutes.
8. Beat the fresh cream and cut the bananas into desired pieces (long or round).
9. Take the biscuit-egg mixture, add the banana pieces on top and pour the fresh over the bananas.
10. Garnish with pista, almonds and cashewnuts.
11. Serve chilled.
