Kadhai Kheema Recipe

Mince – 500 gms
Oil – 7 to 8 tblsp
Onions – 4, medium and finely chopped
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2 to 3 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Tomatoes – 4, medium and finely chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup, chopped
Green Chillies – 6, sliced
Salt – 1 tsp

1. Heat oil in a pan over moderate heat.
2. When hot, fry the onions till golden brown.
3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry well for 5 minutes sprinkling in water as required.
4. Add the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
5. Stir vigorously for about 10 minutes.
6. Mix in the tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
7. Add the coriander leaves and green chillies.
8. Add the mince and salt.
9. Cook on moderate heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
10. Once the mince is cooked and is thick, remove from fire.
11. Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve.
