Ingredients:
Corn Flour – 100 gms
Sugar – 300 gms
Ghee – 5 tblsp
Milk – 3 tblsp
Cashewnuts – 10
Almonds – 8, chopped
Pistachio – 2 tsp
Green Cardamom – 5, powdered
Sugar Syrup as required

Method:
1. Add milk and ghee with sufficient water in corn flour.
2. Mix together.
3. Fry cashewnuts in ghee.
4. Pour the corn flour mixture in sugar syrup.
5. Stir till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
6. Add cashewnuts, almonds, pistachio and green cardamom powder.
7. Pour into a ghee coated plate.
8. Allow it to cool and set.
9. Cut into square shaped pieces.
