Pepper Capsicum

Ingredients:
Onion – 1, medium, finely chopped
Green Capsicum – 5, medium
Oil – 2 tblsp
Sprouted Moong – 250 gms
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, chopped

For the Spice Paste:
Ground Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Cut the capsicums into half.
2. Remove and discard the inner pith and seeds.
3. Cut the capsicums int small pieces.
4. Mix the spice paste ingredients and set aside.
5. Heat the oil in a pan over moderate heat.
6. Add the onion and saute until it turns brown.
7. Add the capsicums and saute until they change colour.
8. Mix in the sprouts with the water and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
9. Add the spice paste and salt.
10. Saute until dry.
11. Heat the pepper capsicum if required.
12. Garnish with coriander leaves.
13. Serve.
