Sesame Chicken Wings

A simple and delicious dish for any parties, special occasions or weekend brunch.
Sesame Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
Chicken Wings – 25
Soy Sauce – 1 1/2 cups
Sesame Seeds – 1/2 cup
Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
Wine – 1 cup (preferably a sweet wine)
Brown Sugar – 1/2 cup
Ginger – 1/2 tsp, ground

Method:
1. Heat a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the soy sauce, sugar, singer, wine and garlic.
3. Stir well and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce flame and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Add the chicken wings and stir well.
6. Cook for another 10 minutes.
7. Remove the chicken wings to a plate.
8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and keep it covered in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes.
9. Transfer to a baking tray and place it in a preheated oven at 400F/200C for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and crispy.
10. Remove, cool and serve warm.
